Something I definitely need more of in my life and in my walk with God. I need to be confident in the fact that He knows best for each and every circumstance I'm faced with. So, in line with your choice, if I had to pick one word, it would be TRUST...Trust that God will work everything out in the end. This year I've really felt God drawing me to do the Beth Moore Siesta Scripture Memory Team thing. I really didn't want to do this because I've started a couple times and never followed through. I think in the past it was more me wanting to do the "in" thing. But this year I really have felt God calling me to it. It just seemed that I couldn't get away from it. And then when I was thinking about what to memorize, the 139th Psalm came to mind. Guess what! It has 24 verses. The exact number the SSMT memorizes each year. So yeah, I just have to do it. The first verse is "O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me." Isn't that cool!! He knows me and yet He still loves me. That just amazes me.

Praying God will build your confidence in Him, my friend! My head knows that I have it in Christ, but my heart does its best to try to convince me otherwise. My daughter and I discussed just last night about how lack of confidence infiltrates almost every part of our lives ... we've decided that we are going to do a study of A Confident Heart.Kathy ... aka Nanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17626590048036292030noreply@blogger.com
