Just keep listening to your body. I would assume you're pretty much already trained for the race, not a whole lot of what you do the last 2 weeks has much benefit for a race. It's mostly for keeping you loose. So you might not be hurt at all by not running. You know your body well enough to know what you are capable of and when to adapt when need be. Perhaps your knee just needs a rest for a few weeks.<br /><br />I've never had lentil tacos but I I did see a cauliflower taco recipe I want to make. You use the broken up cauliflower in place of ground beef. You saute it with taco seasoning. I saw it Mae once and it looks so much like taco meat.
