I ...I like your idea of the veggies for breakfast. I believe I could do that. I've been eating apples and bananas this week for fruit, not much in the veggie line. I'm also starting to move more. I got my fitbit Sunday and yesterday was the first time I used it. I was pretty happy with my end numbers. I have a long way to get where I want, but it's a start. Think I'll try to do a 1000 more steps today than yesterday.
