My hubby's been frustrated at some drugs he's taking at the insistence of doctors, when he's overall a basically healthy person who takes care of himself. I 'impulsively' bought a container of flax seed from Walmart's pharmacy the other day, thinking I'd add it to my cereal. It was rather blech to me. I hate for anything to go to waste, so have planned on looking for recipes that use it.
