There is something in each day that can bring gratitude & joy if only we will see & appreciate it. Perhaps we should be looking less with our eyes & more with our hearts.

This week I am Thankful For:
... getting to spend some time with family. Love seeing those incredible Super Grands grow up into such cool kids. I love how different they are but each so precious.
... my parents hosting a cookout for us for the 4th of July.
... my dad's neighbors & the firework show they put on. It honestly is AMAZING!
... that Ryan was down in Florida when a big fire in downtown Louisville broke out. Glad he got to sit this one out. I'm sure he wasn't happy about it. He loves what he does. But I worry so much about him every time I hear a fire on the news.
... grocery stores. So many people in this world don't have the luxury to just go to a store & buy whatever they want to eat.
... ordered some clothes online & I liked them all. WHEW!
... our security cameras. I love being able to watch Harvey while I'm at work.
... figuring out cream makes all the difference in Starbucks iced coffee. I've already had 3 this week.
... my treadmill. I've started running again & its been hot/humid/rainy ... take a combo of any of those things. I love I can run in front of a fan watching Hot in Cleveland.
... my Phantom of the Opera soundtrack. I've been hooked on that this week. I blame watching Into the Woods & kicking my Broadway gene back into charge of my life.
Gerard Butler... I still love him as the Phantom |

What are you Thankful For this week?
I saw Phantom of the Opera in NYC when I was in high school and loved every single second of it. I've been trying to convince Cory we need to go and see a show but it just isn't working!
ReplyDeleteBuying clothes online and them all being winners is a huge WIN! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteThat is impressive with having all the clothes you bought online work out! I'm always scared to buy cloths online for that reason.
ReplyDeleteLoved that video of you teaching. No wonder those kids love you. You come across as so fun, yet you are telling them a great truth!!! Way to go!
ReplyDeletePrecious video....what a blessing you are to so many....
ReplyDeleteHugs!
Now I'm going to have to break our my Phantom soundtrack...LOVE it! And I totally have to have cream in my iced coffee. Never in my hot coffee. Only iced. I should have told you sooner ;-)
ReplyDeleteyay for liking all the clothes you ordered online! you always have so much to be thankful for, love it.
ReplyDeleteI too LOVE fireworks! Aren't they SO fun? I just see Jesus all over them! He truly is SO creative!
ReplyDeleteWhy would they laugh? You are annointed, girl! I loved getting to see you and hear your voice. Would you believe I have never imagined you with a southern accent? That kind of caught me off guard. LOL But you are just too, too cute!

ReplyDeleteI always get nervous buying clothes online so yay for everything fitting! It has been a great week so lots to be thankful for!
ReplyDeleteI read cream in your coffee as "ice cream" in your Starbucks and I was going to be all over that. I couldn't agree more that cream makes it awesome! I tried one of their skinny lattes and it was terrible! Yay for buying clothes online and loving them!! I miss shooting off fireworks back home, the big mortar shell ones were always so gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love that you can see your pup while you're at work! I still haven't seen Into the Woods and I've been dying to see it! Maybe I can use my rent one get one free Redbox coupon this weekend. :)
ReplyDeletemy pup just sleeps on his back in tiny spaces when i'm home, so i bet he does that when i'm not here. he's my heart.
ReplyDeletei thought that was ice cream too and thought what a genius idea!!
i miss that the 4th is over. i love the patriotism and americana of it all. i wish we felt like that more often than once a year or in times of tragedy.
