the start of the pictures....

So I know it was "Dancing with the Stars" night.. but know what?  I didnt even really get to watch it tonight.

I actually ran to church - literally... still gotta get ready for the half marathon... & then did a Zumba class with some of the ladies at church.  It was so much fun.  It doesnt feel like working out when you're laughing & having a good time.  I'm sure it'll feel like a workout when I wake up sore in the morning...

But I came home & ended up working on some pictures.  These arent any of the photo shoot we did at the beautiful location - but here's just a preview of some other shots we took.

Luke was just the most adorable little model this time.  Isaac wasnt cooperating that great for my camera - but he's been my perfect model on other trips - so it was a great time to catch Luke up on the pictures.  You all know the 2nd child doesnt get as many pictures as the first anyways... not in this case.  I think we're pretty even in pictures on both boys now :)  I'm such a good Nanny.

Look at him... he's ready for battle with his stick...

I loved biting these feet... & Luke would just laugh & laugh.  He's such a ticklish baby... which made me want to tickle him more & more...

Luke became quick friends with all the doggies too... Bruno is one dog who loves a little boy.  Luke was busy climbing on Buffy, our yellow lab - pulling up her mouth, poking her nose... dogs were great entertainment for him....

Julie is always a beautiful model herself... she went to get her hair done while she was visiting & I told her to come outside... we snapped these pictures in just a few minutes... I love these picture of her...

And yes, I got pictures of Isaac... I'll show some of those tomorrow... that also gives me more time to edit more pictures.  I'm so thrilled with the way some of these pictures are turning out.

Stay tuned for some more cute faces....

Project 365... 2011: Week 16

So I have about 250 pictures to edit of the visit of the grandbabies... but here is just a quick glance at the week...

Sunday - April 10 - Playground Adventure .... Julie had a baby shower to go to & she took Lucas with her.  We had Isaac & headed to the local playground.  Does the blue in his eyes just match the playground, or what?

Monday - April 11 - Out the Window... windows hold a world full of adventure for a 15 month old...

Tuesday - April 12 - Playing at the park .... Julie went for a run around the park & what does a little boy need to do while we wait?  Throw rocks into a lake.  It made his brother laugh so hard... pure entertainment for everyone.

Wednesday - April 13 - PHOTO SHOOT DAY .... I have 112 pictures of this shoot to edit... so you only get to see one for the day....

Thursday - April 14 - Riding Lawn Mowers are the BEST with Pappy .... Lucas loved riding the lawn mower with his Pappy.  You could hear him LAUGHING - I'm talking hysterically laughing at the riding... I dont know who had more fun - Pappy or Lucas (can you see him smiling?)

Friday- April 15 - Morning Breakfast... This is how the dogs lay when Luke had his breakfast... ready for any drop of food.  The dogs have to enjoy the visit too, dont they?

Saturday - April 16 - Headed to see Great-grandparents.... We were going skating, but Thunder over Louisville canceled all the skating sessions.  It worked out though because we got to go see Great-Grandparents.  The boys loved Yaya & Papaw... Even Luke was saying "ya ya... ya ya... ya ya" for most of the drive home.  Now I just have to work on him saying "NANNY"!!!!!

what I learned from the grandbabies - PART 2

Another day with the little ones... what did I learn today?

* A 3 yr old prefers their Pappy WAY over their Nanny... Pappy comes home from work & Isaac will RUN to the door to give him hugs... Nanny?  Not so much

* A 1 yr old loves when ANYONE comes home... more attention...

* There is a difference in IronMan action figures... "new" & "old" hold a new meaning to toys

* Trying to change a 3 yr old's shirt when they dont want to = impossible

* when hearing the word "buddy" - it actually means "somebody"

* Kids dont cry in Toy Story 3... but a room full of adults can well up in tears easily... AND freak out during it.  (I was literally holding Isaac asking him, "everything is going to be OK, isnt it?"... He would just look at me & laugh)

* Losing the said-earlier-mentioned Iron Man can make 3 adults rummage through a house QUICK... especially at bedtime

* You cant expect 2 kiddos to look at the same time at a camera...

* You can still do an amazing photoshoot with a beautiful mommy & 2 gorgeous boys

(Stay tuned... we did a photo shoot yesterday & I have some AMAZING pictures coming.  Over 150 needs to be edited...If you havent yet, check out the button on the side for "Rebecca Jo Photography" - they'll be posted there...)

We're going out to lunch with a friend today & trying to figure out a time to "Build a Bear" - so I'm sure more things are going to be learned...

what I learned from the grandbabies today....

Today, with the grandbabies, I learned:

* throwing rocks into water is a huge entertainment for a 15 months old... so much so that he has huge belly-laughs.  Who knew the power of a KUR-PLUNK sound?

* a sleepy 3 yr old makes for a grumpy 3 yr old

* a grumpy 3 yr old makes Nanny the bad guy

* a 3 yr old doesnt hold a grudge very long

* I must look pretty darn goofy with french braids.  Isaac looked at me & laughed... & then looked at me again & laughed...  & looked at me again & laughed.

* a 3 yr old can give you a complex

* the hill in our front yard is now officially "a mountain"

* snot & slobber still grosses me out

* When you ask Luke where his eyes are at & he points to his nose, you dont care... it still cute & you still lavish praise in kisses.  Who cares if it messes him up in biology 10 yrs down the road.

* some playground equipment is REALLY REALLY high.  Too high for Nanny's to go up & have to pull down grandchildren without getting dizzy.

* the recliner next to Pappy's... in front of the tv that has a "Spiderman" video loop playing... has now become officially "Isaac's chair".  I dare you to argue that with a 3 yr old too...or even attempt to sit in it.

.....I cant wait to see what I get to learn today from 2 little boys...

Monsters & Aliens won out...

Yep... you're not seeing a Dancing with the Stars recap today...

Why?  Because I was busy watching "Monsters & Aliens" with a little curly-blond haired boy sitting in my lap.

(Can I say, I laughed more in that movie then a lot of movies I've seen lately... very cute...)

I did catch Dancing with the Stars later, but then I had that same cute little blond hair boyed sitting in front of me "coloring" ... & by "coloring", I mean taking off the paper off every crayon we have... & then throwing all that paper like confetti.  Whatever occupies him, right?

I will say - I loved the live singers & totally was digging the violin player.

I replayed Ralph Macchio to watch again (love his little Gene Kelly spins) ...

I loved Mark & Chelsea but think he's pushing buttons by taking choregraphy to the edge.  You can only say, "We're young" so many times... I love their dances, but you know you're just making the judges mad.

Hines Ward.... becoming my favorite...

Kristie Ally... does this girl just scream "BAD LUCK"?  How does a shoe come off?  And what a hideous dress they put her in?  That was just cruel waredrobe department!

I do think its anyone's game though...

I'll be watching the result show tonight anxious to see who's going... but I think it'll be after we have our Toy Story 3 viewing.  (Yes, I've heard... I'll have tissues near by)

Project 365... 2011: Week 15

Yes, the grandbabies are here... & I am snapping away.  So tons of pictures to edit... which makes me happy.  I love to edit pictures - especially ones of these precious faces... but here's what I got for the week.

Sunday - April 3 - Dry Erase Boards are Da BOMB!!! .... we were waiting for the lesson to start on Sunday when the kids started attacking the dry erase board.  It was great seeing their creativity...

Monday - April 4 - just me & my doggie... I was straightening my hair when Sydney came up & laid her head on my leg as seen here... why?  Because I was eating my breakfast... she'll choose food over love everytime.  I'll take what I can get :)

Tuesday - April 5 - Words with Friends Personal Best!!! .... I dont think I've ever done a word that was that high in points...73 points people!!!  I was proud of myself! :)

Wednesday - April 6 - Outside Youth.... I taught the lesson on Wednesday for the youth & it was on how the world is broken... the result of sin... causing tsunamis, hurricans, floods, etc... so it was appropriate we have our small group time OUTSIDE... its starting to feel like fall.

Thursday - April 7 - Airport to Target... Julie & the grandbabies made it into town.  After lots of delays, we went straight to get something to eat & then have to make the stop at Target to load up on diapers & all the baby supplies.  This little blue eyed baby was so good in Target... my kinda kid!

Friday - April 8 - Nanny Love.... I got home from work & me & the boys went out in the backyard.  I became their jungle gym... & loved every minute of it.  Julie snapped this picture with her camera & I know its going to be a treasure for me to have for years to come...

Saturday - April 9 - 'Night Momma .... Julie & I got to go see Lindsay in her play at college.  Julie has never got to see Linday in all of her glory... & what a play to see her in.  A play that only had 2 actors in it for the whole thing... a play that was an hour & a half with no intermission...a very powerful play about a girl who tells her mom she's committing suicide at the end of the night & their conversation.  Whew... it was a disburbing play - but Lindsay did so well... Ricky was the good grandpa who stayed home while we went out.

Hope everyone has had a great week...

Friday Fragments

Mommy's Idea

Yep - its Friday... time to frag away....

*****
Yep... finally, after delays & problems with the plane, Julie & the boys arrived.   And that little turkey Isaac... Ricky & I see them coming around the corner.  It was pretty crowded so we couldnt be up near the "DO NOT CROSS or we'll tackle you & body scan you" line... we were standing back a bit.  But Ricky was holding this massive Iron Man balloon.  Isaac saw us through the crowd & his face was priceless.  It just lit up & he took off running... I lean down because I know he wants to run into his Nanny's arms... this is going to be a teary Kodak moment.  But then, ZOOMMMMMMM - right pass me he goes.  Right into Pappy's arms.  "PAAAPPPPYYYYYYYY" was all I heard.  Next time I'm going to be the one holding the balloon....

*****
That's ok though... we now have TWO grandbabies now so I can love on Lucas.  He's too young to push me away :)  He did want his mommy to hold him, but when you hold them & run away from their parent, they have no choice but to let you hold them... I'll all about forceful love.

*****
Ricky locked his keys in the car at the airport... (no, that's not a cue for spat of the week) ... but it was so funny - the AAA guy came to get the keys out & noticed Isaac in his Ironman mask.  He said, "Who are you?" - Isaac looked up at him & said "Tony Stark" ... for those of you who dont know - Tony Stark is the character that is actually IronMan... I think Ricky was boasting his chest in pride at his little grandson.

*****
It is 4 week till the Kentucky Derby Mini Marathon... the excitement is building.  I know I need to get new shoes before then.  I did 11 miles on Saturday & I felt fantastic - except for my feet!!!!  They felt like they had blisters all over them by the end.  They didnt - but they felt like it.  And my arches were just sore.  I think I'm going to go get fitted for some running shoes this time around.  Any favorite kind of running shoes anyone recommends?

*****

Everyone was so surprised Pia was voted off American Idol?  I was, but wasnt.  I think she was awesome on the song she sang.. but there is something about her.  She just didnt have the personality the other contestants have.  And I've seen around blog-land that a lot of you felt that way about her.  I truly do believe she has the best voice of ANY American Idol contestant.  But if you dont have that personality that stands out - you dont have a chance....

*****

SPAT OF THE WEEK:  WEDDING RINGS .... We went out to lunch after church on Sunday with our buddy, Carly Sue (hi Carly... waving!!!) ... & I looked down at Ricky's hand & what the heck is on his hand?  Its not his wedding band.  So I ask him, "Wheres your wedding band?" - He was like, "duh - right here on my finger?" ... um - no!  That wasnt the ring I bought him.  Well he got another ring that he likes & he will wear that one sometimes - alternating the rings.  I told him that isnt REALLY his wedding band.  He said if he wears it on that finger, then it is... but I didnt buy it for him... I get that if someone sees a band on that finger, they would assume he's married... but its not the one I gave to him.  Oh, ask Carly, this conversation went back & forth for about 10 minutes with me saying the same thing & he saying the same thing.  "But its not your wedding ring".... "But its a band on my wedding ring finger".... geez... how boring our lives would be without these spats...

******
Forget Donald Trump for President... I'll vote for Steven Tyler...

******

Speaking of Donald Trump - anyone catch the EXPLOSION that was Meatloaf last week?  Wowwwwww... That is what you call a "temper"!!!!  Over missing paints?  You totally know he felt so dumb when they found that paint in the corner... ooopppsie!!!
I did have to laugh when Marlee calls Gary Busey a "genuis" .... really?  REALLY? ... wouldnt it be funny if he made it to the finals?

*****

Between John Rich on Celebrity Apprentice & George W. Bush... I mean Afred E Newman... I mean, Scotty on American Idol, I'm starting to get a "hankering" for country music... who knew!!! YEEE HAW!!

*****
Hope you all have a great Friday...

Call me Jessie Spano today...

I'm excited....

so excited...

almost feeling like Jessie Spano... minus the drugs & all the overachieving of studying...

(If you dont know what this is about, then you are not a "Saved by the Bell Fan" & you must look up this episode.
Its out there... believe me... its a cult favorite...)

But within a few hours... guess where I am going...

to the airport!!!!

And you know if I'm excited, then its not because I'm getting on a plane ... (ohhh, I just got dizzy thinking about getting on a plane)

But 3 beautiful, awesome faces will be coming OFF the plane...

Julie & the grandbabies are coming in today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For 10 whole days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just about ready to bust...

And I have a feeling we're going to have our hands full.  Luke is now crawling like a crazed-baby & taking many steps at once... Isaac is a 3 yr old, so you know that involves running to keep up with him... & I cant wait for every minute of it.

Here's just an example of what we're in for... (Listen in the background, you can hear Isaac screaming "LUCAS") haha!!!

So in honor of Jessie Spano... I'M SO EXCITED... & I JUST CANT FIGHT IT

Am I capable of poop on a toothbrush?

Last night, Ricky & I are getting ready for bed.

He's brushing his teeth with his electric toothbrush... going right along... when all of a sudden, he stops.

He pulls the brush out of his mouth & just looks at it... then at me...

Then he sniffs it.. & then looks at me.

I'm getting worried that he's having a stroke or something - what's going on?

He looks at me & says, "My toothbrush tastes funny... & it stinks!"

I ask, "What does it smell like?"

With all the seriousness in the world, he says, "It smells like DOG POOP!"...

Then with all the seriousness in the world, he looks at me & says, "WHAT DID YOU DO?"

I just busted out laughing... what the heck?  What did he think I was capable of? ... then I'm thinking, what did he do that I havent found out about that he knew that would be my way of resorting revenge? hmmm...

I was laughing so hard I had tears out of my eyes - which made him think I was actually GUILTY of putting dog poop on his tooth brush... which made me laugh even HARDER.

What a contrast of faces... His, a look of shock - with tooth paste dribbling down his mouth... Me?  Laughing so hard I was ready to puke, with tears running down my cheeks.

I still think he honestly thinks I did something to sabatoge his brush...

.... I did forget to tell him I dropped it in the toilet though while I was cleaning...

JOKING!!! Oh geez... dont tell him that! He'll believe it!....

Needless to say, he had a spare toothbrush head & replaced it...

Now I'm just wanting to soak it in something to make it taste funny just for fun.... any ideas?

And no - I wont go for dog poop... maybe...

Too much FOG & a FALL? What a crazy story-telling night!

I just saw on Facebook a bunch of people talking about some big basketball game on tonight?  I havent seen one game all year, not going to start now.  I'd only watch it if the players had on some swinging fringe or rhinestones... now THAT would be a fun ball game! As it is, I'm sticking to my hunky men of Dancing with the Stars... & we're LIIIIVEEEEE!!!!

8:00 - "Tonight we challenge the dancers to pick songs important to their lives... their dances will tell a personal story... love, loss, and triumph..." -Tom

8:03 - "It promises to be an emotional night..." -Tom

8:07 - "I want to bring how I got started in media, which was in radio" - Wendy "When I was working... I wouldnt even stop at my parents house when I was tired.  I slept in rest stops so I didnt have to explain my radio dream...that was the time who I learned who I was as a person"

8:08 - I want to give it up for Wendy Williams for sporting a huge mirror ball ring!  I'd wear that!!!

8:12 - "... We usually start with Len, but we want to congratulate the woman who got engaged on national television..." -Tom to Carrie Ann who is flaunting the ring.  "You should be in your happy place"

8:13 - "... this was a struggle.  It lacked fluidity" -Len ... (OUCH - straight 5's from the judges)

8:21 - I always love when Mark shows the girls how to be sexy... "WORK... IT.... OUT" '
..."I'm intimidated by you - you're a better girl then I am" - Chelsea

8:23 - "Chelsea... chelsea...sexy...sexy....the little first taste of love... tasty...taste... & oh yeah, a good cha-cha" -Bruno

8:31 - "I just finished wrestling training & got a call that said you need to come home right now... my mom was in an accident.  She was so scared. I saw it in her eyes... I thought I'd give up & not wrestle anymore.  She said no, you're not going to give up your life for this... she slowly deteriated & passed away in 2005... the one thing she was into was dancing" -Chris "This is very much a heart felt piece"

8:33 - "Let it be" ...  Hope you like it mom... I love you" - Chris

8:35 - "Chris Irving... that was a beautiful tribue to your mom" - a crying Carrie Ann

8:42 - "I chose a song called 'You & me' - the story is about the beginning of mine & Hank's relationship.... people were hating all over." -Kendra  "People were saying 'why is he marrying her'?"

8:43 - "its so weird dancing the "dance of love" with Louie... he's the complete opposite of Hank" -Kendra

"I'm honored she chose me as her husband" - Hank holding their son... who is A-dor-ABLE!!!!

8:45 - FOG ALERT!!!!! the fog was so thick you couldnt even see Kendra on stage...& then she's wobbling down the stairs like she's lost on where she's at... that was almost funny!

8:46 - "There is NOTHING wrong with a good stripper... it was arousing... & if it had that effect on me, can you imagine how it effected the men in the audience?" -Bruno

8:54 - "I want to tell a story that is emotional.  I'm picking the song 'I'l Be There' because at the age of 9, I lost my cousin to a car accident.  I saw it with my own eyes....my other cousin died after getting jumped" -Romeo

8:55 - "Something is really bothering Romeo & its not the shoes" -Chelsey

8:56 - "I'm doing this for my cousins... they're probably looking down laughing at me wearing these leprauchan shoes" -Romeo

9:00 - "Last week was a huge step forward... this week was a huge step back" -Len

9:01 - "Later, Len will go to the wizard for a heart...." - Tom

9:03 - "I picked the song "Fantasty" by Earth, Wind & Fire because my mom listened to this song a lot.  Unfortunately, my mom & dad divorced.  My mom saved every penny so she could gain custody of her only child.  She was more proud of me going to college then me being in the NFL" -Hines

9:04 - "I'm never going to quit... she's didnt raise a quitter... I'm going to celebrate my mom with this song"-Hines

9:28 - "When I hear the song "My Prerogative" its going to take me back to the days when I was fighting" -Sugar Ray

9:30 - I dont care how Sugar Ray is doing... I'm all about all songs from the 90's of Bobby Brown... "Dont be Cruel" is one of my favorite teen albums!!

9:31 - "These dances are like your opponents... you come back stronger & ready for a fight" -Len

9:38 - "I want to dance to 'Over the Rainbow'" - Kristie "I moved to LA - I was up for Star Trek 2. My sister called & said my parents had been hit by a drunk driver & my mother was dead & dad was dying.  In a span of 48 hours, I lost my mother, almost lost my father & got the role.  This song tells of the hope in despair"

9:39 - "Let me introduced you to the actress who is embarassed to act" -Maks
"I dont like acting sexy in front of people... unless I have a beer" - Kristie

9:41.... MAKS FALLS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"You cant keep good talent down... when you got up, it was better then ever!!!"- Bruno

9:45 - "Its not about how you fall... its about how you get up" -Tom .... um, that may be my new life motto! :)

9:49 - "I always loved that song ("Stay Gold" from "The Outsiders"). It means to strive, to hold those moments in your life that are most special.  We used that as our wedding song.  This week is my wedding anniversary.  Phylis & I feel like we're soul mates.  Life has meant for us to be together" - Ralph

9:51 - "This is my sexy face... its worked for my wife for 24 years" - Ralph

9:52 - ... a finish with a kneel in front of his wife... Swoon....

9:53 - "I thought it was a very sweet Rhumba" - Carrie Ann ... FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT... Bruno & Len are freaking out on her... they didnt, apparently, agree...

10:00 - Tied at the top is Hines & Petra... Wendy is at the bottom

What did you think?  Too hard on Ralph again?  Feeling bad for Kristie?  Impressed how well she handled it?  Confused if Chelsea is still with the guy who wrote the song for her?  Because I see her & Mark together... I'm telling you - LOVE CONNECTION!   What did you think of all the stories of people dying done to the RHUMBA?  The dance of love?  A little odd... I definitely think Hines is the champion of the night... who was your pick of the day?  ...  dont tell me you were watching basketball instead...

Dance on....

Project 365... 2011: Week 14

Be prepared... my grandbabies are coming in town next week... for 10 days... so starting next Thursday & the NEXT Project 365, you're going to see tons of pictures of my blond haired loves... dont say I didnt warn you.  Let's look at this week before I get ahead of myself (Can you tell I'm excited for next week?)

March 27 -Sunday - Isnt this supposed to be Spring time? .... yep, I woke up & looked out the window & saw SNOW!!! Wh-wh-WHAT?  Snow?  How messed up is this weather?  Waiting anxiously for Spring to arrive.

March 28 - Monday - Is that soup GREEN?  ... why yes it is!  Because its Homemade Potato & Broccoli Soup.  I added some Turkey Bacon Bits & cheese & it tasted like a baked potato with all the toppings.  It was FANTASTIC!!!!  It was even better the next day warmed up.... Who knew green soup could taste so good?

March 29 - Tuesday - First Mow of the Season .... while its been warm, then cold, then warm, then cold, our grass has been growing.  So it was time for Ricky to pull out the lawn mower for the first time of the year.  The doggies love when he mows - they go & lay out in the yard with him... & then come in with green padded feet.  The smell of fresh cut grass.  A sign that Spring HAS to be near.

March 30 - Wednesday - Mouth Guard ... Went to the dentist for my new crown & my dentist ended up giving me a free mouth guard because I'm causing so much damage grinding my teeth.  They had to take a mold of my mouth to fit the guard on it.  They gave me the mold so if something happens to the guard, I can just bring in the mold & they can make another one... how cool is that?  But its WEIRD sleeping in this thing. Makes me feel like I am a 16 yr old with a retainer in my mouth.  I can totally feel a difference in my teeth though with the no-grinding.... never knew I was so stressed... hmmmm...

March 31 - Thursday - Excel Nightmare .... I had to do a spreadsheet for an audit that we're going through at work & it was driving me NUTS!  Literally worked on it all day.  My eyes were burned out - my hands were sore from "clicking" the mouse all day... it was a rough accounting day.  (Yes, the post it is a picture of my brain yelling for HELP!) .... by the way, I had it all figured out by Friday morning.  GO ME!

April 1 - Friday - Call me 4-eyes .... I got to go pick up my glasses.  I hit a 50/50 luck with the frames.  One pair (the picture here) I really like the frames.  The second pair, I hate.  And the crazy thing, I thought Ricky would hate these & like the others.  He hates the others too... Oh well... At least I can use the ugly pair to keep at home by the computer.  Its hard to get used to them though.  My eyes are straining to get used to them... between my eyes & my teeth this week, my body has been struggling...

(Like my eye glass case?  Did you expect anything less from me?)

April 2 - Saturday - Best game ever .... today was the top of my training day - I got in 11 miles & then just wanted to veg out.  My feet were killing me.  Glad nothing else hurt - just shows me I need new shoes for the Half-Marathon.  But the rest of the night, I just had my Pod with me & enjoyed playing "Words with Friends" with my blog buddies... (if you ever want to play, my name is rebeccajo777)... got the body in shape earlier & then keeping the mind sharp too!

Want to join along, just click the button & you too can see everyone's week...

Siesta Scripture #7

I was going to do my Friday Frags... & then noticed it was the first of the month too - which is the pick for another Scripture.

Well, the past 2 days, I've been in Excel Spreadsheet/Accounting Hell so my eyes & my brain are fried... hear the sizzling?  So I'm skipping the fragments today ... focusing totally on God's word.

I still am in love with my last scripture & proud of myself that I got it, even thought it felt like 100 words long.  It wasn't - it was only 42 words... & yes, I counted.  See why I'm in accounting?  Numbers are my life.

This time though, I'm using a verse I used in my post from Wednesday.  Its a verse I'm needing to really tuck away because lately, I've had this sense of "fear" - anxiety almost - on everything.

I'm anxious about health ...for me & for others
I'm anxious about finances
I'm anxious about my dogs
I'm anxious about my job
I'm anxious about all that's on my schedule
I'm anxious about.... well, just fill in the blank because I'm anxious about it, I'm sure...

So I'm going to remind myself especially over the next 15 days (& hopefully carry that out into the future) of this short & simple verse....

GOD DID NOT GIVE ME A SPIRIT OF FEAR,
BUT OF POWER, LOVE & SELF CONTROL...
-2 TIMOTHY 1:7

Nope.. no fear...

Power to conquer anything with His help
Love to make my heart ready for anything
Self Control to keep myself in check... mind over matter - right?

Simple.... easy verse... powerful words though...
