What was the highlight of your August?
What a month! You certainly kept busy. I hope your dad and momma stay healthy this month!
ReplyDeleteYour hair is so pretty! Hope Dad is doing great!
ReplyDeleteWhew! I had to chuckle at Aug. 14th though. Rests and naps are just as important as workouts and after the first 13 days, sounds like you needed that nap! Love that rainbow too! Pot of gold would have been just as nice as that 1/2 billion lottery winnings. ;) Here's to fall and no doctors, ERs, or clinic visits in September!
ReplyDeletedefinitely a tough month health wise for your dad and hope he's doing great! your hair always looks so wonderful! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteI'm so thankful that your dad was sustained by God's grace. And I love that you spent so much time soaking up those amazing last bits of summer. :)
ReplyDeleteI know your month has been up and down with your dad and being sick. But you still got to take some amazing pictures, and your hair looks so pretty!!!
ReplyDeletehope your dad makes a fast and healthy recovery!
ReplyDeletei've had to dial back my training (bum shoulder) but anxious to get back at it (if this damn shoulder would heal faster!!)
What a crazy month! I hope your Dad is recovering well! I am jealous of the nice, cool weather you're enjoying! It's been so hot here. Makes me cranky! Here's to a great September!
ReplyDeleteWhat a hard month...I'm sure in many ways, you're glad to see it over. I hope your parents are recovering and doing better; that really is so hard. Here's hoping your September brings some good news!
ReplyDeleteHope your dad and Zoe are feeling better and that you are too. My highlight of August was spending 3 days in a row with Kerri and Colton
ReplyDeleteI hope that your dad and zoe are feeling a lot better now. It can be so frustrating to go through family heath related things. You just feel so helpless, you know? :( Hoping September is better for you all! :) XO - Alexandra

Bless your heart. Both parents in the hospital at once? Thank goodness for praying friends.
ReplyDeleteA slow mile is better than no mile. I am fighting some kind of aching in my right leg that is keeping me from wanting to do much of anything. Have never been an athlete but always a runner. Not far or fast, though. But right now, not at all. Boo!
Both do my roots need a refresher. Come on, payday.
Hope your family enjoys a healthy September and that life settles down a bit for you.
Oh, Rebecca!
ReplyDeleteWhat a difficult month you've had! Hope your parents have a better September.
All the more reason that I love the title of your blog.
Love how you look in your cap!!! I wish that look worked for me :).
You sound like you've had a challenging month! Hope everyone is recovering now. All the best for September 😊
