My buddy, Joe, used this video last night in the youth lesson...

I'm warning you - it will pump you up!

Its like getting your "church on" in 1 minute & 24 seconds...

RUN!  When you get tired... PRESS ON!!!!

The chains of death were cut by the cross....

Come on... get pumped up about Jesus today!!!
