I ended up spending the day at the hospital... getting to photograph the birth of our 2nd Grandbuddy

Aww... yay for happy things at the hospital! And thanks for the move about preventing runner's knee. I've been feeling my knees pop a bit more so I know I have to get back on the strength training moves.
